Flocast ("we," "our," or "us") is committed to protecting your privacy. This Privacy Policy explains how we collect, use, disclose, and safeguard your information when you use our application and services.
Account information: When you create an account, we collect your name, email address, and business name.
Bank and financial data: With your explicit permission, we connect to your bank accounts via Plaid, a regulated third-party financial data provider. We access transaction history, account balances, and account metadata in read-only mode. We never store your bank login credentials.
Business profile data: Information you provide such as your business address, phone number, business license number, and company logo.
Usage data: We collect information about how you interact with Flocast, including features used and pages visited, to improve our service.
Device data: When you enable GPS mileage tracking, we collect location data solely to calculate trip distances. Location data is not stored on our servers and is not shared with third parties.
We do not sell your personal information. We share data only with the following trusted service providers who help us operate Flocast:

Flocast uses Plaid to connect to your financial institutions. Your bank credentials are entered directly into Plaid's secure interface and are never transmitted to or stored by Flocast. You can revoke Plaid's access to your bank accounts at any time through your Flocast account settings or directly through your bank's connected apps settings.
We implement industry-standard security measures including 256-bit TLS encryption in transit, AES-256 encryption at rest, and regular security audits. Access to your financial data is strictly limited to what is necessary to provide the Flocast service.
We retain your account data for as long as your account is active. If you delete your account, we will delete your personal data within 30 days, except where retention is required by law.

Flocast is not intended for use by individuals under the age of 18. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children. If you believe a child has provided us with personal information, please contact us immediately.

Upon deletion, all your personal data including bank connections, transaction history, invoices, and account information will be permanently removed from our systems within 30 days, except where retention is required by law.
